拦截没有出现

先确认已授予 Screen Time 权限、首页显示已开启，并且至少选择了一个 App 或分类。归实只累计所选范围的前台使用；Apple 的系统投递也可能略晚于名义阈值。

如何停止或调整

关闭首页开关即可停止监管。介入时间卡可用滚轮选择 15、30、45、60 或 90 分钟；到点后卡片可直接选择保留选择或当天限制。修改从下一轮累计开始生效。

选择继续使用后会怎样

提醒方式下，前两次选择继续会从零累计同样一段时长，第三次之后当天保持安静；每天最多 3 次。每日限制不提供继续选项，并在下一个本地自然日恢复。

自动调整是什么

归实只依据本机可观察到的选择结果，在你的档位附近最多前后调整 5 分钟。证据不足时不调整，首页会直接说明当前生效时长及原因。

首页什么时候显示候选 App

候选 App 直接出现在首页，不设单独页面，也不显示使用排行。开始积累数据的前 7 天，归实会从这台 iPhone 已安装的常见耗时 App 与已知游戏中最多显示 5 个；不足 5 个就按实际数量显示，没有合适 App 时保持空白。第 8 天起，候选改为最近 7 天内高频使用的同类 App 与游戏，工作和社交 App 不进入候选。只有点按“添加”才会改变少用手机范围；系统选择器始终可用。

撤销授权后怎么办

介入会停止，不会在授权之外继续拦截。重新打开归实，按页面提示请求 Screen Time 权限；重新授权前仍可查看或清除本地设置。

导出、删除或重新设置

在“隐私与本地数据”可准备本地 JSON 导出、删除历史兼容数据，或清除所有数据并重新设置。最后一项会停止少用手机计划、清除范围和本地学习，并返回首次设置；Screen Time 系统授权由 iOS 单独管理。

Major setup and recovery flows use native controls and VoiceOver labels.
Text responds to Dynamic Type, including accessibility sizes.
Motion is reduced when the system Reduce Motion setting is enabled.

如果无法解除 Shield

打开归实首页，关闭开关。
若页面提示授权失效，按提示重新授权，再检查或清除想少用的 App 与分类。
仍未恢复时，请重启 iPhone，再打开归实检查开关状态。

Support in English

Ownward is local-first. Please include your device model, iOS version, and reproduction steps when contacting support. Do not send selected app names or private diagnostics. Ownward does not record what you do away from the phone.

The Shield does not appear

Confirm Screen Time access, that the home switch says On, and that at least one app or category is selected. Ownward counts foreground use only in that scope, and Apple may deliver the event slightly later than the nominal threshold.

Turn monitoring off or change it

Turn off the home switch to stop monitoring. On the home screen, use the intervention-time wheel to choose 15, 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes, then choose Keep a Choice or Limit for the Day in the next card. Changes apply to the next cycle.

What Continue does

In Reminder, the first two continuations start a fresh cycle of the same length. After the third decision, Ownward stays quiet for the day, for a maximum of three prompts per day. Daily Restriction has no continue option and resets on the next local day.

How automatic adjustment works

Ownward uses only locally observable outcomes and can move at most five minutes around your selected interval. With insufficient evidence it does not adjust. The home screen states the effective interval and reason.

When candidate apps appear on Home

Candidate apps appear directly on Home, with no separate page or usage ranking. During the first seven days of observation, Ownward shows up to five installed apps that are commonly time-consuming or are known games. Fewer matches produce fewer candidates, and no matches leave the section blank. From day eight, candidates come from frequently used apps over the latest seven days, still limited to time-consuming apps and games; work and social apps are excluded. Only an explicit Add tap changes the plan, and Apple's system picker remains available.

Authorization was revoked

Intervention stops and Ownward does not block outside its authorization. Open Ownward and follow the prompt to request Screen Time access again; local settings can still be reviewed or erased first.

Export, delete, or set up again

Privacy & Local Data can prepare a local JSON export, remove historical compatibility data, or erase all data and set up again. The last option stops the plan and clears its selected scope and local learning. iOS manages Screen Time authorization separately.
